Enterprise

Billing
Plans are bought and billed through monday.com, from Settings > Integrations or the app's marketplace listing. Recognition Hub never asks for payment details itself.
If a plan lapses
Nothing you already have is taken away. The feed, every past recognition, reward balances, redemption history and data exports all stay available. What stops is the paid action — granting new rewards — and a recognition with a reward attached still posts, without the reward. Money already funded into a pool remains yours to redeem.
