What They Are

Company values are the tags your team celebrates — Ownership, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, and whatever else defines your culture. A tagged recognition shows the value as a colored chip on the card and in the email.

Managing Values

Admins manage values under Settings > Company Values: add (up to 10), rename inline, toggle active, or delete. Colors are assigned automatically from a curated palette so the set always looks coherent — no color picking required.

Defaults

New installations start with five sensible defaults you can keep, rename, or replace entirely.
