Search & Sort

Use the search bar to find forms by name. Sort by newest, oldest, alphabetical, or most responses. The header summarises your library — e.g. "5 forms · 3 owned · 2 shared with you".

Form Cards

Forms are displayed in a card grid. Each card shows at a glance:

• An accent color strip matching the form's theme
• An Owner or Editor badge — your role on that form
• The form description
• Stats: response count, field count, and how many people have edit access
• Created date and time of the last response

Quick Actions

Each form card provides quick actions:

• Edit — open the form builder
• Share — direct link, embed instructions, and form ID
• Duplicate — clone the form (you become the copy's owner)
• Results — responses table, analytics dashboard, and automation logs
• Delete — owner only; removes the form and all responses after confirmation
