Free trial
Premium and Enterprise each start with a one-month free trial. The admin Integrations tab shows which plan you are on and how many days are left, and warns you in the last two weeks. If the trial ends without a plan being chosen, nothing you set up is deleted. The paid features stop until you subscribe.
Billing
Plans are bought and billed through Monday.com, from Settings > Integrations or the app's marketplace listing. Admins can also open plan selection from the plan card in Recognition Hub's admin Integrations tab. Recognition Hub never asks for payment details itself. Fees, renewals and refunds are covered by the Terms of Use.
Reward money is separate from the plan price. Funds you load into a reward pool go through Tremendous and are paid out as rewards, not to Recognition Hub.
If a plan lapses
Nothing you already have is taken away. The feed, every past recognition, reward balances, redemption history and data exports all stay available. What stops is the paid action: granting new rewards. A recognition with a reward attached still posts, without the reward. Money already funded into a pool remains yours to redeem.
